The Tianjin Youyi ECT Dual-Plane Sensor System uses non-invasive Electrical Capacitance Tomography (ECT) with dual-plane 24 electrodes for 2D/3D real-time imaging and quantitative analysis of multiphase flow in pipes. The sensor does not intrude into the fluid or disturb the flow field; it supports oil-water and other multiphase combinations and is suitable for industrial process monitoring and research.

Overview

Dual-plane 24 electrodes · high-speed 3D real-time imaging

The dual-plane layout captures not only the phase distribution of a single cross-section but also derives dynamic parameters such as velocity distribution through dual-plane correlation analysis. The system performs 2D/3D tomographic data acquisition, real-time reconstruction and online detection, outputting quantitative parameters including phase fraction, phase interface and phase velocity.
