Youyi Tomography Cloud Platform Launched: First Release Supports ECT & ERT Forward-Problem Solving
Tianjin Youyi Technology officially launches the Youyi Tomography Cloud Platform. The first release supports online forward-problem solving for Electrical Capacitance Tomography (ECT) and Electrical Resistance Tomography (ERT) — submit tasks in the browser, solve with cloud FEM, receive result packages. All features are free to use.

The cloud platform is officially launched
Tianjin Youyi Technology officially launches the Youyi Tomography Cloud Platform. The first release targets Electrical Capacitance Tomography (ECT) and Electrical Resistance Tomography (ERT), providing online forward-problem solving: given an electrode array and a medium (permittivity / conductivity) distribution, a cloud FEM solver computes the boundary measurement response.
First-release capabilities
- ECT forward solving — circular arrays with 6–16 electrodes; outputs capacitance matrix, potential field and sensitivity distributions (F/m)
- ERT forward solving — boundary voltage response under the adjacent excitation protocol (K×4); outputs transfer resistance (Ω) and sensitivity distributions
- Tasks are submitted in the browser and solved in the cloud; results are delivered as a ZIP package with parameter records and numerical verification data for reproducibility and further analysis
The forward problem is the foundation of tomography applications: sensor range estimation and generating reference data for reconstruction research both start here.
Free to use
All features of the cloud platform are free, with nothing to install: a notification email is sent on completion and the result package can be re-downloaded from the status page with the submitted email at any time. Tips are welcome and help maintain and improve the platform.
The free online tools on tjuet.group (fractional conversion, capacitance estimation, circuit design calculations, etc.) run entirely in your browser; the cloud platform targets forward-problem solving and batch computation that exceed browser capabilities — the two complement each other.
